Vinification:
Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks is followed in the late spring by a 10-day fermentation at 17°C and a further aging on the lees for about seven months in autoclaves.
This technique, called charmat, gives the wine softness and plumpness.

Dry, fresh, harmonious and accompanied by a very fine, clean and stimulating perlage.
