We present below the “services” very useful to provide you with the information that will allow you to make the best use of the services we can offer to guarantee you a perfect stay.

The Team

We will be the point of reference for any assistance during your stay, and for any need regarding the farm services, but also for tourist information regarding the area, local events and events.

RESERVATIONS

We accept telephone and online reservations.  We are committed to responding within 24 hours of your request.

Check in

From 16.00 to 20.00
In case of arrivals at a different time than indicated, please notify us in good time.
We require a valid personal document.

Check out

We kindly ask you to check out by 10.30
In case you need to stay longer you can let us know at any time

Payment

Payment by debit and credit card is accepted

Cancellation Payment

Canceled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:

• no penalty will be applied up to 15 days before the arrival date;
• from 14 days to 5 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 25% (value of the deposit paid) of the entire booked stay will be charged;
• from 4 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 90% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card;
• In the event of a “no show” or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATE

Pursuant to art.  13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into possession, for the purposes of protecting persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you that the data you provide will be used:

1. to fulfill the obligation set out in Article 109 of the Royal Decree  18.6.1931 n.  773, which requires us to register and communicate the details of the clients housed to the Police Headquarters;

2. to fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;

3. to carry out the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to you;

4. to speed up the registration procedures in case of subsequent stays at our hotel.

5. to send you our promotional messages and updates on the rates and offers made.

We also wish to inform you that the provision of your data for the treatments referred to in points 1 and 2 is mandatory, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host you in our farmhouse.

If you want the treatments referred to in points 3, 4 and 5 to be carried out, you must instead provide us with your consent (requesting the form from the management).  The consent may in any case be subsequently revoked by opposing the treatments.

For any further information, and to assert the rights recognized to you by article 7 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), you can contact the Data Controller, in the person of Daniele Rossi (owner of Agriturismo Casale Villa Chiara).

These data (general information and contact details, credit and debit card details provided as guarantee and / or balance, list of services and products requested and purchased, date of arrival and departure) will be processed according to all necessary measures to ensure that your data are at secure and adopting all IT security measures in order to avoid IT theft.

In the event that the security of your data is compromised and / or your data is disclosed to third parties, we will promptly inform you about it.

The processing of the data provided will cease on departure.

However, if you wish to stay in touch with us and be updated on activities, promotions and news of our farm, some personal data (e-mail, telephone) may continue to be processed for such updates, unless explicitly revoked this consent.

MAIN SERVICES

Breakfast

Breakfast is served as a buffet or self-service from 8.00 to 10.00

Use of the swimming pool

It is possible to access the pool from 09.00 in the morning to 19.30

Unaccompanied minors under the age of 12 are prohibited from entering.

The depth of the pool is 1.80 meters in all its parts.

It is mandatory to access the pool by passing through the foot wash basin where there is a shower that must be used before entering the water.

A changing room with toilet is available

Volume and stillness

We kindly ask guests not to produce excessive noise, in order to protect the peace and harmony of the environment, especially during rest times: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 09:00 .

Tidying up of the rooms

The rearrangement of the room will be carried out if the room is vacated by 10.30 in the morning.

The replacement of towels and sheets will be made every 2 days (excluding departure and the day before).

We ask you to leave the towels on the floor when you want them to be replaced.

The bathrooms are equipped with organic toiletries and a hairdryer

Internet

Wi-Fi is free and available in all parts of the farmhouse.

Keys

The management is not responsible for theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the structure

Parking area

The car park is not guarded, there are no particular risks, however we still recommend that you lock the cars.

For the respect of all

The guest is required to respect the rooms, equipment and furnishings found in the farmhouse;

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms;

We also ask you to be respectful of the environment and to minimize waste (linen, air conditioning or heating shutdown when you are not in the accommodation…)
